Bart. In the chair in pursuance of the foregoing notice. The vestry having taken into consideration a proposal now made by Sir G.L. Glyn. Bart. That if the old path referred to in the preceding notice be now conceded to him by the vestry, he will allow the tower of the church to remain unpulled down and will attach to it at his own cost and expence, a chapel for burial purposes, and so soon as the body of the old church is pulled down, will continue the present diagonal path leading from Church St. through the churchyard, and on its issuing into the Old London Road, will widen the existing footway (by setting back the fence in front of Mr. Hobman’s premises) to a width of six feet, to its entering the new churchyard, it was on the motion of Jas. Gadesden Esq., and seconded by Mr. C. Hall. Unanimously resolved that the old path be conceded to Sir G.L. Glyn. Bart in terms of the notice calling this vestry and that directions be given to the surveyors of the highways to take the necessary proceedings for carrying this resolution into effect.

The Managing Director shall be the legal representative of the ESM and shall conduct, under the direction of the Board of Directors, the current business of the ESM.
