Bargaining Unit Representatives. The Union shall have the right to select bargaining unit representatives from among the nurses in the unit. At least four, but no more than five bargaining unit officers and/or representatives shall be recognized by the Employer when the Union has given the Employer written notice of the selection. 3.3.1 Bargaining unit officers and/or representatives will be allowed a reasonable amount of time, without charge to leave or loss of pay, for the purpose of fulfilling their Representational duties and obligations. Representational duties shall include: 1) Receiving and processing grievances; 2) Attending investigatory and disciplinary meetings involving supervision and bargaining unit employees; 3) Officer meetings with management officials; 4) New-hire orientation;
