Common use of BARGAINING UNIT MEMBER RELEASE TIME Clause in Contracts

BARGAINING UNIT MEMBER RELEASE TIME. The Association President shall be granted 40 hours of paid release time for Association training of bargaining unit members. These 40 hours may be taken in hourly increments. The Association President will be allowed to designate which bargaining unit member(s) shall be released to use a portion of this leave. Unused Association training hours may not be carried over to subsequent school years.
