Common use of Bargaining Representatives Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Representatives. A maximum of four (4) CUPE bargaining representatives in the employ of the Board shall attend collective bargaining meetings without loss of remuneration. Such representatives will be entitled to eight (8) hours pay per day of bargaining. The Board agrees to pay a mileage allowance for one vehicle. Additional CUPE bargaining representatives can be in attendance at CUPE 748 expense.
