Bargaining Representatives. The authorized bargaining representatives of the Union shall have the right to appear before the TPA or its representatives from time to time for the purpose of making representation in respect to matters concerning this agreement. Such meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement and as expeditiously as possible.
