Common use of Bargaining Representatives Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Representatives. The District agrees that during the term of this Agreement it will deal only with the authorized representative of the Bargaining Agent in matters requiring mutual consent or other official action called for by this Agreement. The Bargaining Agent agrees to notify the District of the name of such authorized representative as of the execution of this Agreement and replacement thereof during the term of this Agreement.
