Award Criteria i. Subject to ITB Clause 2.6.2, under rule-55 of PPR-14, the Procuring Agency will award the contract to the successful Bidder whose Bid has been determined to be substantially responsive and has been determined to be the lowest evaluated Bid, provided that the Bidder has been determined to be qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily.
