Automatic Extension of Agreement Term. Not withstanding the foregoing, if this Agreement shall not have been terminated in accordance with the provisions herein on or by the 31st day of December, 2000; the term of this Agreement shall be extended automatically without further action by either party such that at every moment of time thereafter, the term shall be one year. Provided, however, during such period of automatic extension of the term, this Agreement may be terminated in accordance with the termination provisions of this Agreement as set forth in Sections 10 and 11.
