Term of Agreement and Definitions. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate when all C1045 Contract work within the jurisdiction of the City is completed and any Rearrangement of City Facilities is inspected and accepted by the City and a notice of completion is finalized and recorded. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
