Automatic Extension. At the end of the initial term and any subsequent ------------------- term, this Agreement shall automatically renewed for a five (5) year term unless one of the parties provides the other party with written notice of intent not to renew, not less than one hundred eighty (180) day prior to the expiration of the then current term.
Automatic Extension. The term of employment of the Employee hereunder shall automatically continue for additional one (1) year terms upon the same terms and conditions contained herein unless either the Company or the Employee shall notify the other at least six (6) months prior to the expiration of the initial one (1) year term or any renewal term of its or his intention to terminate the term of employment of the Employee as of the end of the initial one (1) year term or any such renewal term, as the case may be.
Automatic Extension. This Agreement shall be automatically extended for successive one-year periods at the end of the initial term and each extended term thereafter, unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least three months prior to the expiration of the initial or such extended term, respectively. In the event the Company terminates this Agreement or fails to renew this Agreement or does not permit the automatic extension to occur at the end of any term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to receive his Deferred Compensation under Section 4(c) hereof.
Automatic Extension. As of the fifth anniversary date of the Original Agreement, and as of each anniversary subsequent thereto (“Automatic Renewal Date”), unless either party shall have given thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of non-extension prior to such Automatic Renewal Date, the term of this Agreement shall be extended automatically for a period of one year. In the event that the Company gives written notice of non-extension, such notice shall be considered a Termination without Cause under the provisions of Section 6.4, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the Parties.
Automatic Extension. Unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least 30 days before the Expiration Date, this agreement will automatically extend on a monthly basis until either party terminates by providing at least 30 days written notice to the other party.
Automatic Extension. Following the initial expiration date of the Term, this Agreement shall be deemed extended from year to year ("Extension Year") unless, no later than three (3) months prior to the end of the Term (or any Extension Year), the Company or the Employee shall have notified the other party in writing that the Company or the Employee does not elect to extend the Term (or any Extension Year) past its then expiration date, or if the Employee's employment is terminated for whatever reason.
Automatic Extension. As of December 7, 1999, and as of each subsequent December 7 (each an "Automatic Renewal Date"), unless either party shall have given a notice of non-extension prior to such Automatic Renewal Date, the term of this Agreement shall extended automatically for a period of one year to the anniversary of the expiration date of the then-current term of this Agreement. Once a notice of non-extension shall have been given by either party, there shall be no further automatic extension of this Agreement.
Automatic Extension. This Agreement shall be automatically extended for successive two (2) year periods at the end of the initial or any extended term, unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least 120 days prior to the expiration of the initial or extended term respectively.
Automatic Extension. Notwithstanding the prior provisions of this Section, if an individual is elected to the Board of Directors who has not been nominated by the Board of Directors as constituted prior to his election, then the term of this Agreement will automatically be extended until two years from the date on which such individual was elected if such extended termination date is later than the normal termination date of this Agreement, otherwise, the termination date of this Agreement will be as provided above. This extension will take effect only upon the first instance of an individual being elected to the Board of Directors without having been nominated by the original Board.
Automatic Extension. The initial term or any-extension term of this Agreement will be automatically extended to the next extension term without notice or election by Manager. Manager may, during any extension term, terminate this Agreement on 90 days notice given to Owner.
