Construction Representatives Landlord hereby appoints the following person(s) as Landlord's representative ("LANDLORD'S REPRESENTATIVE") to act for Landlord in all matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement: Tom Xxxxxxx. Xenant hereby appoints the following person(s) as Tenant's representative ("TENANT'S REPRESENTATIVE") to act for Tenant in all matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement: Georxx Xxxxxxxx. Xll communications with respect to the matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement are to made to Landlord's Representative or Tenant's Representative, as the case may be, in writing in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease. Either party may change its representative under this Work Letter Agreement at any time by written notice to the other party in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease.
Landlord’s Representative Landlord has designated Xxxx Xxxxxxx as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord as required in this Tenant Work Letter.

Project Representative City shall designate a Project Manager to represent City in coordinating this Project with Consulting Engineer/Architect, with authority to transmit instructions and define policies and decisions of City.

Except for changes to the performance schedule (not including the project’s completion date), the designated project representatives shall have no authority to make promises or binding obligations on behalf of the Authority, as such authority rests with the duly authorized persons executing this Agreement.
Authorized Representatives No amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless by written instrument duly executed by the Parties’ authorized representatives. For the purposes of this section, an authorized person refers to individuals designated as such by Parties in their respective corporate by-laws.
Landlord’s Authorized Representative Landlord designates Xxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxx (either such individual acting alone, “Landlord’s Representative”) as the only persons authorized to act for Landlord pursuant to this Work Letter. Tenant shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other Communication from or on behalf of Landlord in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Landlord’s Representative. Landlord may change either Landlord’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Tenant. Landlord’s Representative shall be the sole persons authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work.
City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.
