Audio Response Line. If you request our Audio Teller service, you hereby authorize the issuance of a personal identification number (PIN) to access accounts and perform other authorized transactions via a touch tone telephone. You acknowledge that Credit Union may revoke any access or services hereunder to provide such an access device.

Audio Response Line. If we approve your application for telephone access to your accounts under the Au- dio Response Line service, you may use a telephone to access your account by calling 0-000-000-0000. You must use your PIN along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time you may use the Audio Response Line service to: • Withdraw funds from your share and share draft accounts. • Transfer funds from your share and share draft accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share, share draft, and loan accounts. • Make loan payments from your share and share draft accounts. • Determine if a particular item has cleared. • Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit.
Audio Response Line. Your accounts can be accessed under Audio Response Line via a touchtone tele- phone only. Not all push button phones are touchtone. Converters may be pur- chased for pulse and rotary dial phones. Audio Response Line will be available for your convenience seven (7) days per week. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. If you call during this time you will hear a message directing you to call back. There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one day. However, fees may apply, as set forth in the Rate and Fee disclosure. No transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account.

Axon warrants that its law enforcement hardware products which are manufactured by Axon are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. Axon-manufactured accessories are covered under a limited ninety-day warranty from the date of receipt. Non-Axon manufactured accessories are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. There are extended warranties available as defined in the Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement (MSPA). NON-AXON MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS For some solutions we are authorized resellers of hardware (Cradlepoint routers for Axon Fleet, Axis cameras for Axon Interview, etc.). Products that we are authorized to resell abide by the manufacturer's warranty.   • Response to Demand Letter Within 10 days after the receipt of the Demand Letter, Ensign Group shall either: (a) cure the breach to OIG’s satisfaction and pay the applicable Stipulated Penalties or (b) request a hearing before an HHS administrative law judge (ALJ) to dispute OIG’s determination of noncompliance, pursuant to the agreed upon provisions set forth below in Section X.E. In the event Ensign Group elects to request an ALJ hearing, the Stipulated Penalties shall continue to accrue until Ensign Group cures, to OIG’s satisfaction, the alleged breach in dispute. Failure to respond to the Demand Letter in one of these two manners within the allowed time period shall be considered a material breach of this CIA and shall be grounds for exclusion under Section X.D.

Interconnection Customer shall not block or otherwise inhibit the ability of the governor or equivalent controls to respond and shall ensure that the response is not inhibited, except under certain operational constraints including, but not limited to, ambient temperature limitations, physical energy limitations, outages of mechanical equipment, or regulatory requirements. The Small Generating Facility shall sustain the real power response at least until system frequency returns to a value within the deadband setting of the governor or equivalent controls. An Applicable Reliability Standard with equivalent or more stringent requirements shall supersede the above requirements.
