Common use of Association Facilities Clause in Contracts

Association Facilities. 3 2 1 The University agrees to continue to provide to the Association, without charge, the use of a suitably serviced and maintained, centrally located, office. The University shall also provide internal telephone services with external access (provided that the Association will pay all long-distance charges) and use of the intra-University mail delivery service . The University agrees to continue to provide the Association with the meeting room R130 at 202 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ until July 1, 2009 . 3 2 2 The University shall make available to the Association duplication, computing and audio-visual services, and such other University services as may be agreed upon from time to time by the Parties at the then current internal Departmental rate . 3 2 3 The University shall provide the Association access to meeting rooms on campus for Association business through the University’s room booking office and following the normal booking procedures and regulations . 3 2 4 The University agrees to print and provide, without charge, one copy of this Agreement (including all appendices) to each Member, one copy to each new Member appointed during the life of the Agreement, and 100 copies to the Association .
