ASSISTANCE AND CO-OPERATION. The Insured(s) will cooperate with the Insurer in all matters relating to this Policy. This may include, but is not limited to, attending hearings and trials, securing and giving evidence, obtaining the attendance of witnesses, assisting in effecting settlements, and in conducting litigation, arbitration, or other proceedings.
