Assessment Center Process. There shall be an assessment center process that includes at least an in-basket-out-basket exercise; an action planning exercise; leaderless group or other oral presentation exercise. During the term of this agreement, the Employer will utilize the testing services of The Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police for the assessment center process.
Assessment Center Process. Applicants for the position of Sergeant shall be evaluated by an Assessment Center Process administered by the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police (“OACP”).
