Assessment and Referral. Contractor shall assure that the staff providing the service are trained and knowledgeable about safety issues, mandated reporting requirements, mental health and substance use issues and can make necessary referrals and linkages to appropriate resources to meet the needs that arise.

Assessment and Referral. Contractor and subcontractor staff must be able to assess each participant for safety issues, mental health needs, and substance abuse issues that may require referral to additional services outside the scope of the program. Policies and procedures must be in place to assure timely referral and linkage to necessary services. Contractor and subcontractors shall leverage additional resources to meet the emerging needs of youth and their families.

  • Form of Agreement and Reporting If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal to the TIPS Member. TIPS does not require a review a TIPS Member’s Job Order contract TYPE AIA or other similar Contract provided by the TIPS Member. This clause does not relieve the Vendor from the responsibility to report the contract execution and the amount of the contract and any change orders.
