Environmental Audits and Reports. As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all material environmental audits, investigations, analyses and reports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, Government Authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any Facility that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or with respect to any Environmental Claims that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect;
Environmental Audits and Reports as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Lessee or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and

As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all non-privileged environmental audits, investigations, analyses and reports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Company, any Borrower or any of its Domestic Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any Mortgaged Property that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or with respect to any Environmental Claims that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect;
Environmental Audits and Reports. As soon as practicable following receipt thereof (or receipt by any Loan Party), copies of all material environmental audits, investigations, analyses and reports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of the Company (solely to the such analyses and reports relate to the Casino Facilities only) or the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any Property or with respect to any Environmental Claims. 155
Environmental Audits and Reports to the extent received by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, with respect to significant environmental matters at any Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could result in a Material Adverse Effect; and

As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, final copies (or the latest draft thereof if no final version is being prepared) of all environmental audits, investigations, analyses and reports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of any member of the Borrower Group or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any portion of any site or operation or with respect to any Environmental Claims;

As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits, investigations, analyses and reports of 94 any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any Facility which, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or with respect to any Environmental Claims which, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Environmental Audits and Reports. As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits, investigations, analyses and reports of any kind or character (excluding writings which are protected by attorney-client privilege or the work-product doctrine or confidential self-evaluative writings), whether prepared by personnel of Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, governmental authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any Facility that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or impose liability on any Lender or Agent or with respect to any Environmental Claims that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or impose liability on any Lender or Agent;
Environmental Audits and Reports promptly upon their becoming available, copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of any Loan Party or by independent consultants, with respect to environmental matters affecting any property 63 owned or operated by any Loan Party (including without, limitation, the Real Property Collateral) or which relate to any Environmental Liabilities of any Loan Party, to the extent reflecting any matters which, in any such case, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Environmental Liability;
Environmental Audits and Reports as soon as practicable following receipt thereof, each Obligor shall provide the Agent, the Loan Administrator, the Board, each Lender and the Supplemental Guarantor copies of all environmental audits and reports, whether prepared by personnel of such Obligor or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries or by independent consultants hired by such Obligor, with respect to (i) significant environmental matters at any Facility or (ii) which relate to an Environmental Claim, which in either case could be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;
