Arrival at Destination and Travel to and from Theatre. ‌ The bus, upon arriving at its destination, will immediately deliver the Artists to their hotels. In every case where the theatre is situated more than one- half (1/2) mile from the hotel, the Engager will provide transportation to the theatre. The time of the bus' departure shall be no later than forty-five (45) minutes after the final curtain. Should the Artist miss the bus, the Artist must arrange transportation at the Artist’s personal expense.

Arrival at Destination and Travel to and from Theatre. The bus, upon arriving at its destination, will immediately deliver the Artists to their hotels. In every case where the theatre is situated more than one-half (1/2) mile from the hotel, the bus will transport the Artists to the theatre, and return them to the hotel after performance or the Engager will provide and pay for the taxi transportation in lieu of this. The bus shall leave the theatre when all Artists are ready to be transported to the hotel(s). The time of the bus departure shall be no later than forty-five (45) minutes after the final curtain. Should the Engager delay the departure of the bus from the theatre beyond forty-five (45) minutes, the actual departure time of the bus shall mark the beginning of the time for the required rest period. Should the Artist miss the bus, the Artist must arrange transportation at the Artist’s own expense. Where the Artist is required by the Engager to travel separately from the rest of the company to and from the theatre the Engager shall supply said transportation.

It is the sole responsibility of Cellutell Communications, Inc. to obtain the technical Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Secure Information Handling and Transfers 7.1 Physical and electronic handling, processing and transferring of DWP Data, including secure access to systems and the use of encryption where appropriate.

  • Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Budget Phone end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Budget Phone's name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit E.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.
