Common use of Arena Clause in Contracts

Arena. Arena shall keep, and cause its Affiliates to keep, complete, true and accurate books of accounts and records for the purpose of determining the amounts payable to Eisai or payable by Eisai under the Existing Agreement during the Existing Agreement Audit Period, including the Finished Product COGS (as defined in the Existing Agreement). Such records shall be subject to inspection in accordance with Section 8.7.
