Common use of ARCHITECT/ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

ARCHITECT/ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES. The Architect/Engineer shall coordinate the work product of any subconsultant, separate consultant, or subcontractor and shall remain fully responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished by the Architect/Engineer or its subconsultants, separate consultants, or subcontractors. The Architect/Engineer shall review or approve designs, drawings, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, or other items produce or furnished by any subconsultant, separate consultant, or subcontractor prior to submittal to the Owner. The Architect/Engineer shall correct or revise any errors or deficiencies it sees in documents or services provided pursuant to this Agreement and shall provide the Owner with corrected documents at the Architect/Engineer’s sole cost and expense.
