Common use of Arbitration and Law Applicable Clause in Contracts

Arbitration and Law Applicable. 14.1 Any dispute, question or controversy shall arise between the purchaser and the contractor concerning this contract the matter in dispute shall be referred to an arbitration committee composed of three (3) arbitrators. One arbitrator shall be nominated by the purchaser and one by the contractor, and the third arbitrator shall be appointed by both parties.
