Approved Maximum Rates. Contractor may not charge any amount in excess of the maximum rates approved for any services required or permitted to be performed by the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, all services described in Section 5.03. The approved maximum service rates are those set forth in Exhibit F "Rates and Service Fees," attached hereto and incorporated by reference, or as the schedule may hereafter be amended by resolution of the Board.

  • Minimum Rates The parties to this Agreement shall from time to time agree minimum rates for writers which shall be reviewed annually. The minimum rates shall be the basis for calculating Fees payable to writers as set out below which shall be subject to individual negotiation between the BBC and the Writer or the Writer’s professional representative.

  • Premium Rates No recapture will be permitted if the Ceding Company has either obtained or increased stop loss reinsurance coverage as justification for the increase in retention limits.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Other Payment Rates B3.41 Material Not in A2. Incidental amounts of products or portions of trees of species listed in A2 that do not meet Utilization Standards may be removed without charge. Such material may be purposely removed in more than incidental amounts without charge upon written approval of Contracting Officer, and subject to agreement on deposits if needed for road maintenance and use. Other species or products not listed in A2 may be cut and removed upon written approval of Contracting Officer and subject to agreement on rates of payment and deposits if needed for road maintenance and use. When any material suitable for use in a product form included in A2 is removed in another product form, the rates of payment shall be not less than but approximately equivalent to Current Contract Rates and Required De- posits.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Overtime-Eligible Rest Periods ‌ The Employer and the Union agree to rest periods that vary from and supersede the rest periods required by WAC 000-000-000. Employees will be allowed rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes for each one-half (1/2) shift of four (4) or more hours worked at or near the middle of each one-half (1/2) shift of four (4) or more hours. Rest periods do not require relief from duty. Rest periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and rest and meal periods will not be combined.
