Maintaining Access to Processing Capacity for Recyclables. Contractor will own and operate facilities for processing Recyclable Materials collected under this Agreement, or maintain a fully executed Processing Agreement as described in Section 5.12. The Processing Agreement, and any amendments thereto, must be approved by the Board.
