Approvals; Conditions. Sellers and Buyer shall use their best efforts to obtain from third parties all necessary approvals of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, and to cause the conditions to Closing set forth in and to be satisfied on or prior to the Closing Date.
