Common use of Appropriate Administrator Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Administrator. An employee with a grievance (not remedied through informal discussion) shall submit his/her grievance in writing to his/her appropriate administrator (principal and/or designated supervisor) within ten (10) working days of its occurrence. The written grievance shall set forth all of the pertinent facts, enumerate the specific provisions of the Agreement asserted to be violated, and specify the remedy requested. The appropriate administrator shall meet with the employee and his/her representative to discuss the grievance. The appropriate administrator shall issue a written decision within ten (10) working days of such meeting.
