Appointment to a Schedule I Employer. Notwithstanding clause 34.13, an employee who resigns to accept an appointment with an organization listed in Schedule I of the Public Service Staff Relations Act may choose not to be paid for unused vacation and furlough leave credits, provided that the appointing organization will accept such credits.
