Application On Other Posted Positions. An employee occupying a temporary position will be allowed to apply on other posted positions that are not temporary. If he is awarded the position, the Company may require the employee to stay until the end of the temporary position or until there is a suitable replacement. Return To Previous Position Upon the expiration of the temporary position, an employee so assigned shall be returned to his regularly assigned position with his employment status. External Candidates When no applications are received from regular employees or no regular employee is qualified, said temporary position may be filled by an external candidate.
