Application of Third Supplemental Indenture. Each and every term and condition contained in this Third Supplemental Indenture that modifies, amends or supplements the terms and conditions of the Indenture shall apply only to the Notes created hereby and not to any future series of Securities established under the Indenture. Except as specifically amended and supplemented by, or to the extent inconsistent with, this Third Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.

All Initial Notes and Additional Notes, if any, shall be treated as a single class for all purposes of this Indenture, including waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase.
