Series of Securities definition

Series of Securities means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 2.2 hereof.

Examples of Series of Securities in a sentence

  • The Registrar shall keep a register with respect to each Series of Securities and to their transfer and exchange.

  • The Company may, with respect to any Series of Securities, reserve the right to redeem and pay the Series of Securities or may covenant to redeem and pay the Series of Securities or any part thereof prior to the Stated Maturity thereof at such time and on such terms as provided for in such Securities.

More Definitions of Series of Securities

Series of Securities means a series of Securities and, except in Sections 2.02 and 2.12 and Articles 6, 7, and 12, the terms “Series” or “Series of Securities” shall also mean a Tranche in the event that the applicable Series may be issued in separate Tranches.
