Additional 2022 Notes definition

Additional 2022 Notes means the additional principal amount of 2022 Notes (other than the Initial 2022 Notes) that may be issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.1(c) of this Indenture as part of the same series of 2022 Notes issued on the date hereof other than Notes issued in exchange for, or replacement of outstanding Notes.

Additional 2022 Notes means additional 2022 notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01 and Section 4.09, whether or not they bear the same CUSIP number.

Additional 2022 Notes means additional 2022 Notes issued from time to time under the Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01 hereof.

Examples of Additional 2022 Notes in a sentence

• Any such Additional 2022 Notes will be a part of the series having the same terms as the 2022 Original Notes, provided that, if any additional notes subsequently issued are not fungible for U.S. federal income tax purposes with any notes previously issued, such additional notes shall trade under a separate CUSIP.

• The aggregate principal amount of the Additional 2022 Notes, if any, shall be unlimited.
