Applicable to the MAHCP President position only. Subject to four (4) weeks written notice of request, an employee elected or selected to the MAHCP President position shall be granted an unpaid leave of absence for a period of up to two (2) years. 2515 The Employer will provide the Association with a seniority list within thirty (30) days of the last pay period in October, including the following information about employees in the bargaining unit: name, *home address, classification, employment status (i.e. full- time, part-time, or casual), salary rate, date of employment and anniversary date. The employee’s address shall be excepted only when an employee has expressly instructed the Employer in writing that personal information should not be disclosed to any third party.
