Annual Transformation Plan. The PMO will develop the annual Transformation Plan, which is due on May 1st each year. The update will contain a report on adherence to the plan for the preceding period, and include DIR Customer-specific plans and schedules for the period of September 1st through August 31st of the following contract year. The PMO will develop the Transformation Plan in the context of other programs including residual Stabilization projects, Annual Equipment and Software Refresh Program and ongoing RFS projects. This schedule will support the financial forecasting requirements of DIR and DIR Customers.

Annual Transformation Plan. The MSI, with the support of the Service Component Providers, will submit an updated Transformation Plan in accordance with Exhibit 20, which will be due annually on May 1st. Each annual update of the plan will contain a report on adherence to the plan for the preceding period, and include DIR Customer specific plans and schedules for the period of September 1st through August 31st of the following contract year. This schedule will support the financial forecasting requirements of DIR and DIR Customers.
Annual Transformation Plan. The Service Provider will update the Transformation Plan each year, in accordance with Exhibit 3. The Service Provider will start with the master schedule to control ongoing Transformation activities and add more detail to describe Transformation activities for the coming year. Updates to the Transformation Plan may also occur any time throughout the year.

  • AGGREGATION PLAN Competitive Supplier agrees that it has been provided with and had a reasonable opportunity to examine, and has examined, the Aggregation Plan, and has not discerned any conflicts between this Agreement and the Aggregation Plan.   • EPP transform-command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a transform command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP transform command. It does not include packets needed for the start or close of either the EPP or the TCP session. EPP transform commands are those described in section 2.9.3 of EPP RFC 5730. If the RTT is 5 times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.
