Common use of Annual Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Annual Evaluation. The City Manager may, at his/her sole discretion, review and evaluate the performance of Employee annually within thirty (30) days after each anniversary of the Effective Date. In addition, Employee shall submit for the City Manager’s consideration, no later than December 1 of each year of the term of this Agreement, Employee’s proposed annual performance goals and objectives and incorporate the City Manager’s suggestions. Such review and evaluation, if any, will be conducted concurrently with an annual salary review, and in accordance with the purpose noted in Section 5.1 above.
