Common use of Annual Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Annual Evaluation. The City Manager may, at his/her sole discretion, review and evaluate the performance of Employee annually within thirty (30) days after each anniversary of the Effective Date. In addition, Employee shall submit for the City Manager’s consideration, no later than December 1 of each year of the term of this Agreement, Employee’s proposed annual performance goals and objectives and incorporate the City Manager’s suggestions. Such review and evaluation, if any, will be conducted concurrently with an annual salary review, and in accordance with the purpose noted in Section 5.1 above.

Annual Evaluation. The City Manager may, at his/her sole discretion, shall conduct a formal or informal review and evaluate the performance of Employee annually within thirty (30) days after each anniversary of the Effective Date. In addition, Employee shall submit for the City Manager’s consideration, no later than December 1 of each year of the term of this Agreement, Employee’s proposed EMPLOYEE on an annual performance goals and objectives and incorporate the City Manager’s suggestionsbasis. Such review and evaluation, if any, will shall be conducted concurrently with on or within four (4) weeks of the anniversary date of EMPLOYEE’s appointment to the position of Community Development Director, using an annual salary review, and in accordance with the purpose noted in Section 5.1 aboveevaluation form to be approved by City Manager.

Annual Evaluation. The City Manager may, at his/her sole discretion, Administrator shall endeavor to review and evaluate the performance of Employee EMPLOYEE annually within thirty (30) days after each anniversary of the Effective Date. In addition, Employee EMPLOYEE shall submit for the City ManagerAdministrator’s considerationconsideration at those times established by the City Administrator, no later than December 1 of each year of the term of this Agreementbut at least annually, EmployeeEMPLOYEE’s proposed annual performance goals and objectives and incorporate the City ManagerAdministrator’s suggestions. Such review and evaluation, if any, will evaluation shall be conducted concurrently with an annual salary review, and in accordance with the purpose noted in Section 5.1 above.
