The error requires that the installation contains more than one site, and is more likely to happen if there are many sites. If the error has occurred, several measures in the Inventory cube (e g "Stock (units)") will be too low (divided by the number of different DimTme records). Analyzer. Practice's evaluation of the Confidential Information shall be at its own risk and Analyzer/Practice agrees to hold harmless and indemnify RxSight against any and all claims, judgments, costs, awards, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities of every kind arising from any use made by Analyzer/Practice of the Confidential Information received from RxSight.
Analyzer. Practice shall immediately notify RxSight upon discovery of any actual (and suspected) loss or unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information.
Analyzer. Practice acknowledges that his or her breach of this Agreement will cause irreparable damage and hereby agrees that RxSight shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, in addition to other forms of relief that may be available, under this Agreement.
