An employee sent by the. Employer to a job and who is required by the Employer to remain away from his normal place of residence and where the job is within one-hundred (100) road kilometres from the Employer's base of operations, will be paid a board allowance of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per day. Where such jobs are more than one hundred (100) road kilometres from the Employer's base of operations, the employ- ee will be paid a board allowance of ninety-five dollars ($95.00) per day.
