Common use of An employee on Medical Clause in Contracts

An employee on Medical. Emergency Leave who has received the approval of his/her physician and the Center for Employee Health and Wellness to return to work on a part-time basis (less than the employee’s normally scheduled hours of work per pay period) may record a combined total of work time and Medical Emergency Leave not to exceed each pay period the lesser of eighty (80) hours or the employee’s normally scheduled hours of work.
