Common use of Amount of Fee Clause in Contracts

Amount of Fee. Prior to the beginning of each membership year, the Association will notify the Board, in writing, of the amount of the regular membership, dues initiation fees and assessments charged by the Association to its own members for that membership year. The representation fee to be paid by non-members will be equal to an amount up to eighty-five (85%) percent as set forth by the Association annually. At no time shall the fees charged exceed the amount specified.
