Amount of District Contribution. Subd. 1. Full-time, eligible employees, after completion of their first consecutive year of working experience in the District, shall be eligible for an annual District matching contribution as follows: Years of Service Maximum Matching Contribution 1-3 $ 300. 4+ $ 500. Subd. 2. Eligible part-time employees shall receive a matching contribution on a pro-rata basis equal to their percentage of full-time employment.
