AM ENDM ENTS. The terms of the Lease Agreement may be amended by Lessor upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.
AM ENDM ENTS. The Parties will have the right to make a written claim for amendments in the Project as long as these changes are within the framework of the Project as defined in Appendix 1 and NPI, as well as the Parties, agree. The Parties will change the Annual budget correspondingly.
AM ENDM ENTS. 7.1 This Framework Arrangem ent may be amended with . the agreement of all ASEAN Member Countries. Such amendment shall be reduced into writing and shall form part of this Framework Arrangement.

As long as they do not m aterially change Xxxxxx's obligations hereunder, Xxxxxx agrees to m ake such reasonable non- m onetary m odifications to this Lease as m ay be reasonably required by a Lender in connection with the obtaining of norm al financing or refinancing of the Prem ises.
