Common use of Alternative Schedules Clause in Contracts

Alternative Schedules. Should an employee be regularly sched- uled to work a schedule other than the “normal” schedule specified in Section 1001, any regularly scheduled hours that would otherwise cause payment of Contractual Overtime Compensation as per Section 1104 shall instead be paid at the employee’s straight hourly rate of pay with all other attendant incentives/premiums for which s/he might be eligible.
