Common use of Alternative Schedules Clause in Contracts

Alternative Schedules. The teaching hour guidelines for the various levels of instruction which are outlined in Sections D, E and F below will not preclude the adoption of professional development or similar alternative schedules. Any such alternative schedules will be implemented only upon mutual agreement of the Board and the Association, and no such schedule will result in any significant alteration in the overall instructional responsibilities of the teachers involved.
