Alternative Days Off Sample Clauses
The Alternative Days Off clause allows employees to take a different day off in lieu of a standard holiday or scheduled day off. Typically, this clause applies when an employee is required to work on a public holiday or their usual rest day; in such cases, they are granted another day off at a mutually agreed time. This arrangement ensures that employees still receive their entitled rest periods, even when business needs require flexibility, thereby maintaining fairness and compliance with labor standards.
