Common use of Alternate Receipt Location Clause in Contracts

Alternate Receipt Location. Employees who are not at work by reason of being on leave or on travel status for a period anticipated to be five (5) working days or less following the payday shall be considered to have been paid timely if they receive their pay on their first (1st) day back to work after such payday. In such cases where anticipated leave or travel status exceeds five (5) days, it shall be the responsibility of the employee to make alternate pay arrangements prior to departure.
