Common use of Allocation at Receipt and Delivery Point(s) Clause in Contracts

Allocation at Receipt and Delivery Point(s). It is recognized that quantities of Gas may be transported through the Receipt Point(s) and/or the Delivery Point(s) for one or more parties other than the Shipper. If that occurs, the measurement of Gas under this Agreement may involve the allocation of Gas receipts or deliveries. As between Transporter and Shipper, and subject to Section 4.1, Transporter will determine the allocation of all Gas deliveries hereunder.
