Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses. Individual Grievances Subject to and as provided in section 208 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act, an employee who feels that he or she has been treated unjustly or considers himself, herself aggrieved by any action or lack of action by the Employer in matters other than those arising from the classification process, is entitled to present a grievance, as in paragraph (b).
