All Contractor Employees. Prior to assigning any employee to the City, the Contractor shall subject each of its employees prospectively considered for assignment to provide services to the City to a full background check. Current Contractor employees shall be subjected to complete background checks every two (2) years or as otherwise agreed by the parties.
