(b) Whenever used in this Agreement, the words and phrases listed below shall have the meanings given below, and all defined terms shall include the plural as well as the singular. Unless otherwise stated, the words "herein," "hereunder" and other similar words refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Section or other subdivision. The words "include" and "including" shall not be construed as terms of limitation.
