Aliso Fund Committee Action Absent Meeting. Any action required or permitted to be taken by the Aliso Fund Committee may be taken without a meeting pursuant to Section 3.7(h)(7), above, if all Committee members vote in writing on such proposed action. Where obtained at a meeting of the members, such consent may be memorialized in minutes of the meeting.
