Agreement between Customer and Professional. The Customer and the Professional are free to negotiate the specific terms of performance of the Work and more generally the terms governing the agreement between them. In some cases of Work, such as, but not limited to, cleaning, due to their nature and for the convenience of the Customer and the Professional, the Work is clearly identified from its publication and specific specifications are set. Therefore, in these cases the trading framework may be limited and both the Client and the Professional must comply with the relevant terms that have been identified since the publication of the Work. In any case, you understand and agree that the Principal does not take part and has no responsibility for the negotiation of the terms of performance of the Work. The UOFFER NOT MADE A PARTY AND DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY WAY TO ANY CONTRACT OR OTHER FINAL AGREEMENT CONCLUDED BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND THE PROFESSIONAL DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE AND / OR PROVIDED THROUGH THIS SERVICE.

In addition, the Website will provide CLEC with contact information for the personnel and/or organizations within CenturyLink capable of assisting CLEC with inquiries regarding the ordering, provisioning and billing of Interconnection, UNE and resale services. Included in this information will be the contact information for a person or persons to whom CLEC can escalate issues dealing with the implementation of the Agreement and/or for assistance in resolving disputes arising under the Agreement.
