Aggregate Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, Mockplus may collect and use data regarding the use and performance of the Service in anonymized and aggregated form, to analyze and improve the Service and for distribution in general benchmarking data and industry reports, provided that any reported user data is aggregated and anonymized such that no personally identifying information of Customer or its users is revealed.
